Better than herbs: It is more work than taking herbs or meds, but for most stress & anxiety the best self help is getting 8 hours continuous sleep, moderate exercise, eating well, and full sunlight for @ least a few minutes daily. Meditation, yoga, etc can be helpful. If the anxiety is more severe, you should consult a therapist specializing in anxiety.
