Endometriosis: of systems outside the reproductive system generally produces pain NOT change in function... ie the pain may worsen with hormonal changes. In any case get this checked out with your OB-GYN .!! There is effective TREATMENT for endometriosis ( and some new drugs!) Hope this is helpful! Dr Z
