See a sports med doc: Knee injuries are pretty common in jiu jitsu! Sometimes the knee gets twisted in ways it wasn't meant to (heel hooks actually tear the knee not the ankle!) and leg locks hyperextend the knee. If you are injured during training, swallow your pride and sit out for the rest of the class. Immediately apply ice to where it hurts, and see a sports med doc to rule out a ligament tear or meniscus tear.
