Low back pain: Low back pain often occurs during pregnancy. I doubt kidney cause and see no reason to go to the hospital. Your obstetrician could advise you about dealing with musculoskeletal low back pain, what medications to take or supports to wear, and when to consult an orthopedic specialist or go to physical therapy.
