I'm having really bad sharp pain in my back right under my ribs..with nausea,very weak, and not sure if i should call the doc or the hospital?

Probably doctor: Sharp pain in your back accompanied by nausea and fatigue could be a kidney stone or a kidney infection. If you don't have a fever seeing your doctor is a reasonable first step. If you do have a fever as well, you should probably proceed to the hospital.
