ER now: There is no question you need to go to the er, and not waste time calling your doctor. You can call on the way to the hospital, or when you are at the hospital. He can't help you. You need to go to the hospital. Please.

ER visit: Dont wait until morning. You may be throwing emboli to your lungs. Immediate care is needed.
