I took my first prilosec today at 2:45pm because i wanted to start the treatment asap. do i take all of the pills at 2:45pm now or in the morning?

No worries: Prilosec is taken once daily, so the time of dosing is not as critical. If you prefer morning dose before your first meal, that should be fine.
