A member asked:

Is there any treatment for a double pylorus besides pump inhibitors like prilosec and prevacid (lansoprazole) . need answers?

Usually no therapy: Most commonly a double pylorus is due to prior ulcer disease. If there is ongoing ulcer disease than a proton pump inhibitor (eg Prilosec or prevacid) is the standard of care. If you have ulcer disease, a test for helicobacter pylori should be done. If there is no ulcer than no therapy for the double pylorus is required.
