I wouldn't: Accutane is a drug with significant side effects & risks. It should only be used with specific forms of treatment resistant acne under close supervision & monitoring. Epiduo is a reasonable basic treatment. Recommendations can only be made in conjunction with in person evaluation of the person involved for the condition of their skin at the time.

I am not sure how this works but I would like to discuss my problem with acne. I have seen multiple dermatologist and have not been happy with the results.
