Anemia: Blood drawing doesn't take enough blood to result in light headedness or dizziness, but anemia itself can do so, especially if it is progressing rapidly. This could become dangerous very quickly, especially if there is internal bleeding that is getting worse. Your mom needs to get in touch with her doctor ASAP; or visit an urgent care center or emergency department. Good luck!

Anemia?: Could be anemia, but a simple blood draw should not cause that. I suggest calling her physician.
