Both are safe: Unless she fell or suffered some injury, it is safe to transfer her in your vehicle but she might be more comfortable in an ambulance where she can lie down on a stretcher. Do put ice packs on the acutely painful area and give her some pain medication, preferraby ibuprofen 600 mg.
