Hi my wife has covid and a stomach chronic issue and now she says that her stomach and low back is painful should i take to hospital or ask an ambulance to come check her ?

Uncertain: COVID 19 GI sx's can include loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, abdominal discomfort and diarrhea. We don't know what her chronic GI track condition is and what other symptoms she has. We also have no idea of the severity of her pain. Is she able to ambulate. If abdominal pain is severe, she has black tarry stool, overt blood in stool, is vomiting blood or coffee ground like material go to ER.
