Calories: I am aware that people get weight loss from the keto diet, and if that has been your tool that is OK. However, for permanent weight loss if takes eating less calories and doing those things that improve your calorie consumption- exercise and life style changes. For many people a low glycemic diet is best to follow. However, in the end game it is calories in versus calories out.
