Everyone's different: Remember there is no overwhelming evidence suggesting that one particular diet is superior to all others. People respond differently to different micronutrients(fats, carbs, proteins). You may need to experiment with your body in this regards. be mindful of your portions/caloric intake. Make sure you get ample veggies, fruits and non processed food. You need to stay active too.

4 "Fs"/exercise: Fish, foul, fruit, fiber and 2 types of exercise: burst interval high and low impact aerobics mixed with use of hand or free weights- 30 minutes 4-5 times a week>PLUS "photo imaging": get a photo of yourself looking your best/thinnest/sexiest. Tape it to your dressing room mirror. Stare at it daily. Amazing how your brain will heal you!
