Appetite returns: Diet pills usually work by suppressing appetite. After stopping them, your appetite returns and you start eating like you use to in the first place. You typically regain all the weight lost and then some if you don't change what you eat. Avoid white sugar, flour, rice, and pasta to keep weight off. Add beans and vegetables as much as you want. Also eat fruits, nuts, and wild salmon 3 times a week.
