I have a burning pain next to my belly button and when i push on it i can hear bowel sounds. the pain has reoccurred over the last year off and on after bouts of diarrhea. it lasts for a few weeks then appears to go away. could it be a hidden hernia?

Needs WU ASAP: Long list of Dx possibility, it is essential a w/u is entertained emergently. Appendicitis,Crohs Ileocolitis and IBS will be on the top of my list. Crohn's disease can cause abdominal pain, diarrhea, anemia, int.obstruction, loss of appetite, fatigue,tender abd. Appendicitis ass. with RLQ pain, bloating, pain with movement, Nausea, Diarrhea, low grade fever IBS can mimic all the above symptoms.
