NEVER for this issue: A diastolic BP in the low 100's is NOT any type of emergency. It would be very inappropriate to go to the ER for this. Generally BP is measured when you're at rest so I'm not even sure how unusual this is when one is active, but if you're unhappy with your Dr. consult another doctor such as an internist, cardiologist, family practitioner or integrative Dr. but please DO NOT go to the ER for this!
