Is it ok to take clindmaycin for 2 weeks then switch to keflex 5 days later? my dr prescribed it that way for my hs (acne inversea) and i have a tooth abscess i took the clindmaycin now started the keflex tonight.

Excellent double: antibiotic coverage. Make sure to take yogurt or probiotics and take medicine on a full stomach to prevent diarrhea.
