Why will my mouth get white sores and dry white sores on my inner gums?

White sores: Lesions ( size, interval between outbreaks, exact location, duration, etc) can be caused by diet, allergies, viruses, bacteria, trauma, burns, etc. Please see you Dentist when the lesions are active for an examination to begin the differential diagnostic process. Only with an accurate diagnoses can the appropriate treatment be administered.
