Possible systemic : Unless you have recently changed your toothpaste or mouth rinse it may be a sign of a systemic problem. You might try a tooth paste like spry children's tooth paste.. It has nothing harsh in it.. Get it a health food store.. Otherwise see a physician or dentist specializing in oral medicine.
