Sarcoid: Sarcoid is a non-caseating granulomatous disease associated with B-cell hyperactivity. As such improving your immunity would be of help to control the disease. A strategy worth looking into would be dietary. The immune system is effected by what you eat. Consider food allergy testing, glyconutritents, probiotic and bovine colostrum.
