Post appendectomy: If the discomfort is more localized to the right lower abdomen, the symptoms may be related to the appendectomy. It would be early for adhesions to form and cause symptoms. Incisional hernia, other complications from the surgery could be possible causes of cramping. I recommend consulting the surgeon who performed your surgery.
