The risk is present.: The most common and studied mode of transmission is swimming in contaminated water, where the amoeba can enter through your olfatory nerve when water enters your nose. There is not a specific known quantity of water that needs to enter your nose. If you are completely sure that no water entered your nose, the risk might be minimal.
