No you can not: You don't get Naegleria Fowlleri from Water Fountain. You get it from warm pond,river,lakes or hot spring and poorly chlorinated swimming pools

CDC: Probably not. The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) shows there has never been a report of an infection with Naegleria fowleri in New York State.
