34 weeks pregnant and having severe groin/pubic pain. it feels as though my muscles down there are extremely bruised and sore. it hurts to walk, turn over in bed, getting up from a sitting position and lifting my legs while standing. please help?

"34 w pregnant" ?'s: At 34-36 weeks of pregnancy, the pubic symphysis can separate, causing pain with any motion (walking, turning over in bed, etc) as the pubic bone is usually fused and immobile, and if separated, motion creates bone to bone action , which is painful.
