Random pain in fingers, muscle spasms, tightness in neck and facial numbness. symptoms arent too intense and come and go. ekg came back fine, should i be worried? had them symptoms for a month but have gotten better over time

Numbness: I am not clear what parts of your body had the EMG. Having facial numbness with hand symptoms are concerning for a systemic neurological condition or a central neurological condition. I suggest asking your doctors for the answers. If the EMG was of the arms, neck or hand that may not help explain the facial numbness.
