Not really: It would be difficult for an undergarment to cause numbness in the hands. Hand symptoms can arise from changes in the neck, but normally much closer to the center, than where the straps would be. Hand numbness could be caused by something else, such as carpal tunnel syndrome, for example. Get clothes that fit and fit comfortably. That is always good advice.
