Constipation: The stones are caused by inspissation or dried stool. This can be associated with poor hydration, but also poor transit time through colon. You colon likes to suck water out and when stool does not move fast enough it gets dried out and hard. Drink more fluids. and eat more fiber and exercise will keep bowel movements more regular.
