Is it common to have a vibration feeling in head and dizzy/perception issues with a sinus infection? urgent care prescribed antibiotics, symptoms were deviated septum, fatigue, swollen throat, fever and facial pressure.

Vibration: Your balance gland can be effected by sinus congestion. So, yes I would say your feelings of vibration can come from that. I would expect some dizziness too. I would anticipate your symptoms to abate with sinus resolution. If not you will need to look for another source for this feeling.

Sinus infections: can cause imbalance, dizziness, facial pain and pressure. I suggest also using ainhaled nasal cortisone like Flonase or NasaCort ( OTC) and nasal lavage with nasal saline.
