Other risk factors: Some risk factors for Chilblains include: being female, being underweight, poor circulation & carrying a diagnosis of Raynaud's Phenomenon. Other risks are: Skin being exposed to cold/ dampness. If you are 20% or more underweight - consider reaching a more optimum weight. Cover skin that is exposed. Dress warmly & avoid going out into the cold when possible.
