I have 3 inflamed, discoloured toes on right foot. sometimes red,sometimes black.dactylitis was suspected but all blood tests have come back clear. dr seems at a loss- perhaps chilblains but they have not improved for months?anything you can suggest?

Proximal blockage?: I have seen discoloration to the digits as described, I believe. When I saw this in my patient I sent her to a vascular surgeon immediately. That night in the hospital. Patient had 96% blockage to Carotid arteries. I am not sure if this is what you have because difficult without pictures. However giving the possible seriousness of this please have it checked
