A member asked:

Are men with klinefelter syndrome more likely to have daughters than sons? do these babies have a higher chance of being stillborn?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Hard to say: The normal outcome includes male infertility due to changes in the sperm creating tubules. Testosterone supplementation can increase libido & masculinization but may not reverse changes that occur in this area. A consultation with a medical geneticist, usually found at a children's hospital or medical school could provide updated information.
