A member asked:

My husband has primary hypogonadism due to gynocemastia removed at 18, klinefelter's is likely the cause. can we have a baby of our own with ivf/icsi?

Confusing question: If he is Klinefelters, both his hypogonadism and gynecomastia are part of that condition, which can be confirmed by chromosome test. The vast majority of these men are sterile by their mid 20's as the testis do not produce fertile sperm. If he were to be a mosaic, with not all cells affected, he might be fertile, and a fertility clinic or urologist could assess this possibility.
