A member asked:

Can a man with klinefelters syndrome take anabolic steroids?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Testosterone needed: Men with kleinfelters usually have small testes that do not make enough testosterone. Therefore, testosterone replacement is often needed. However, once the t replacement gets your t to a normal level, more is not better. How do you judge a normal level of t replacement? It is not as straightforward as with thyroid. You need to judge bone health, male characteristics, and side effects.
