No antibiotic: Topical antibiotic will not speed healing for a skin burn unless infection is present, and might delay healing. If blisters have broken, keep the open areas clean and covered with a loose dressing. See a doctor if in doubt, or if you develop signs of infection, especially redness spreading away from the sores or up the leg, or if any fever. Good luck.
