Gosh,you are only: 17 ; you have a lot of health problems? Yes, stress can exacerbate many health issues. To address stress: talk about feelings ; address problems. Don't avoid them. Aim for 8+ hours of sleep/ night. Daily physical activity is optimal in a green space. Eat healthfully. Cut out junk carbs, caffeine ; alcohol (or moderate). Try qi gong, tai chi, acupressure or meditation. Tell your parents about this.

Yes and no: It is no mystery that stress can make anything worse. Do not be ashamed to talk with a psychologist if you feel that stress is making your life worse, particularly one experienced with biofeedback and relaxation therapies.
