On my arm theirs a flat surface with bumps, some bumps look like flat bumps, its started off as a blister type bump then it flattened with bumps around it. its on both arms and on one hand! it doesnt itch though unless i put something on it?

Dermatologist: An eruption like this is best evaluated by a dermatologist. It may be a variant of eczema. I Don't recommend applying anything except some corticosteroid ointment until you see the dermatologist.
