Little bumps like chicken skin appearing in my left arm wrist area like 4-5 of them and when i pick at them they turn into bruises that leave brown marks. like a healed bruise. i dont know how or why they are appearing. no itching. painless?

Hard to say: Stop picking Maybe it IS chicken skin (Karatosis Pilaris) You need a history. A rash in 1 spot is due to an event at that spot like an exposure. Or where a parasite like scabies, which doesn't itch right away, 1st jumped on. Where were you? What were you doing? When did it start? Who were you with? Is it spreading? Had it before? Other medical problems? Take those answers to a doc for a solution
