What does it mean when many bumps show up on your arms hands and a few on your leg and you can't stop the itching? it occurs mostly when i sleep.

Itchy bumps-hives: Itchy raised red bumps can be symptoms of hives or insect bites. Hives wax and wane and can occur anywhere on the bottom. The itching should be relieved with antihistamines such as zyrtec, Allegra or claritin (loratadine). If the rash persists take a photo and see your doctor to confirm the diagnosis.
