Blocked glands: You are probably experiencing partially blocked Meibomian glands - the glands that secrete oils and fluid to lubricate your lids and lashes. You can help this by applying very warm (not hot) soaks to the lids several times per day. This may be all you need but if the symptoms become troubling, check with your ophthalmologist.
