Eye irritation : Hard to determine. This resembles a condition called blepharitis. But may be just irritation from the swim although unlikely after so much time has passed. Remote chance of a conjunctivitis from something in the water. Try a warm compress morning and night and cool OTC artificial tears throughout the day. If the problem persist seek out an Ophthalmologist for an exam.
