Through journaling ive realized i have profound fatigue in july and aug every year. it interferes with daily living. can allergies cause this? if so, can anything be done? are there other possible causes? had cfs for 6 yrs, it feels similar to that.

CFS: Unfortunately chronic fatigue syndrome, which is more common in women, tends to be chronic. In your case it may be more cyclical. If no other cause of marked fatigue is present like anemia, hypothyroidism, chronic infection, depression,etc, then CFS most likely is the cause of your symptoms.
