Every since i had lasik surgery i have dark circles. did the surgery cause that? how to rid the dark circles. no allergies and no fatigue.

Nasal congestion?: Lasik surgery may lead to dry eyes but not dark circle (unless there was some trauma to the lower lids which may cause transient bruising). I note that you are using oxymetazoline which is usually used to de-congest the nose but should not be used on a daily basis. Nasal congestion is thus the most likely cause for the dark circles -whether it is from allergies or not is the next question.
