When i pee, i wipe yellow but there is a sticky egg white/clear discharge? what could that mean? i also have minor cramping in the pelvic area.

Probably normal: female discharge consisting of vaginal and cervical secretions; however, if you have had unprotected sexual intercourse. I would suggest STD screening. Without pain, severe itching or pain on urination, this "sounds" like vaginal/cervical secretions.
