Not pregnant: Given that your pregnancy test was negative, it is incredibly unlikely that you are pregnant. Otherwise, the combination of bloody, watery discharge and cramps / hardness in the pelvic area really does require evaluation that would include an exam and cultures for infection. This is very important.
