38 yo healthy woman.at night,wake up and left arm tingly/numb.during day,arm islightly weaker than right,but it is also my non-dominant arm.would brain tumor cause more symptoms than that? or could it be?no other symptoms! sometimes that hand hurts.

Nerve irritation : More likely to be due to nerve irritation in your neck. Brain tumor is HIGHLY UNLIKELY. Good Luck

Arm symptoms : I agree that nerve irritation is the most likely reason for your symptoms most likely from the cervical spine or in the arm and/or hand. Although there are other possible reasons. A brain tumor, as was said is, very unlikely.
