this evening my heart rate was between 46 and 52 for about an hour. now it is 56. i have had the stomach flu, can that make my heart rate go down?

Go up rather: If you become dehydrated, however this is not the case with you, some medications would slow your heart rate as beta blockers, if you are on any, if really worried or have other symptoms, confer with your doctor, wish you wellness
