Not for long: Half life of addrell is about 10 hours, so in a day or so the drug is out of the system and baby. If you are taking regularly you need to talk to your OB. Amphetamines can be a problem for growing babies and they are associated with placental problems- abruption, insufficiency etc.

If I look=yes: If I have any reason to look I can find evidence of any drug exposure at that point in pregnancy. It would not be in her urine or that of the baby but I could find it.
