Probably okay: Do tell your Dr(s) and try to avoid any drugs that pose risk, but it is certainly not a 100% cause of problems. It increases risks by some degree and still only rarely are they expressed. Relax and tell them about ir. They'll watch w/ you for reassurance.

No: There has been no evidence that stimulants taken during pregnancy have had a harmful effect of a fetus. The FDA puts them in category C. It neither says they are unsafe or safe during pregnancy on a fetus.
