Not likely: Not sure what you mean by " getting high on adderall" or what kind of behavior you are seeing now but using Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) once as a recreational drug is not likely to cause damage. You should speak with her provider to determine if an evaluation needs to be done.
